Coop Build Plans, published by WEABLE SAS, sells digital plan downloads. Payment is processed securely by our payment processor; WEABLE SAS does not store your card details.

Each purchase includes a generated cut list, panel layout, dimensioned views, assembly order and bill of materials for the hen count, climate and options you choose at checkout, delivered as a ZIP for download and stored on your files page. You may rebuild your plan at a different hen count within its declared range at no extra cost.

Because plans are generated and delivered digitally at the moment of purchase, refunds are offered only where the download is genuinely broken or does not match its description; contact us before disputing a charge and we will fix or refund it. Plans are for personal, single-build use and may not be resold or redistributed.

Delivery

All products are digital downloads. Once payment is confirmed, the ZIP appears immediately on the files page, generated for the hen count, climate and options selected at checkout. There is no shipping step and no wait on an email.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the customer's prior express consent. Downloading the plan constitutes performance. The free starter plan and the size planner allow the full format and content of a plan set to be evaluated before any payment.

Rebuilds

A plan can be rebuilt at a different hen count or climate within its declared range at no extra charge, on request from the contact page quoting the email address used at checkout. There is no time limit on that request and no expiry on downloads.

Claims and applicable law

Claims may be sent to [email protected]. These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts.

Practical checkout and download procedure

Before ordering, keep one browser tab open for the checkout and one folder ready on your computer for the plan ZIP. Use a desktop or laptop if possible, because the file contains drawings and tables that are easier to check on a full screen. A phone can open the account page, but it is not the best tool for reading dimensions or saving a backup copy.

Check the selected hen count, climate choice and options before payment. These inputs affect the generated sheets, so correct them before confirming the order.
After payment, go to the files page from the same account or session used at checkout. If the file is not visible after 2 minutes, refresh the page once and check that the payment confirmation completed.
Download the ZIP to a local folder, then copy it to a second location such as a USB drive or cloud folder. Keep the original ZIP unchanged, and work from an extracted copy.
Extract the ZIP before printing. Opening files directly inside a compressed folder can prevent some PDF readers from finding linked pages or showing file names clearly.
Open the main drawing file first, then compare the bill of materials, panel layout and assembly order before buying lumber or sheet goods.

Equipment, file handling and dimensions to check

A normal home printer is enough for reading the plan, but set printing to 100 percent scale when a page includes a scaled drawing or a dimension reference. Do not use fit to page for checking any measurement. If a printed check line measures 95 mm instead of 100 mm, the page has printed at 95 percent and should not be used for direct measurement.

For workshop use, print one clean copy for reference and one marked copy for cutting notes. Write actual board lengths on the marked copy only after checking the stock you bought. Lumber sold under a nominal size can vary by country and supplier, so measure the real thickness and width with a tape or caliper before transferring the cut list to the saw station.

Frequent mistakes and recovery steps

The most common ordering mistake is selecting a size or climate setting too quickly, then noticing the issue after opening the ZIP. If the plan range allows a rebuild, keep the original file and send the request with the checkout email address. Do not delete the first ZIP until the replacement has been checked.

A second frequent mistake is printing reduced pages. If parts look slightly short when compared with the drawing, stop before cutting. Reprint the affected sheets at 100 percent and recheck one known dimension with a ruler. A 3 percent print reduction creates a 30 mm error over a 1,000 mm part, which is enough to misalign doors, panels or framing.

Another common problem is using the panel layout as a cutting order without considering the direction of the blade, kerf and support. A typical saw kerf is about 2 to 3 mm. If a sheet has several repeated cuts, mark the waste side of every line before cutting. When an error has already been made, compare the damaged part with the bill of materials before buying a full new sheet. Small pieces can often be reassigned to blocking, trim or non visible supports if their dimensions still match another listed part.

If the ZIP downloads but will not open, download it again before reporting a broken file. An interrupted download can create a file with the correct name but incomplete content. Compare the file size shown by the operating system after the second download. If both attempts fail, keep the browser, operating system and approximate time of purchase ready when contacting support.

Special cases before and after purchase

Builders working from a shared computer should download the ZIP, log out, and save a private backup. Do not rely only on the browser download list, because it can be cleared without deleting the file from the drive. If the order was made with the wrong email address, keep any payment receipt or order reference available so the file can be matched to the correct buyer.

If several people will help with the build, print only the pages each person needs for the task. Give the cutter the cut list and panel layout, give the assembler the dimensioned views and assembly order, and keep one complete set untouched. This reduces the chance that a marked or dirty page becomes the only reference on site.

For a build delayed by several months, open the ZIP before the first workshop day and confirm that the files still display correctly on the computer you plan to use. Allow at least 1 working day for support contact if you need help locating a file, requesting an eligible rebuild or checking whether a download problem is technical rather than a measurement issue.
