Privacy policy
Coop Build Plans, published by WEABLE SAS, collects the minimum data needed to deliver a purchase and respond to questions: your email address, order details, and payment handled entirely by our payment processor, which we never see or store card numbers for.
The free Coop Size Planner tool runs entirely in your browser; the hen count, breed and climate you enter are not sent to any server.
We do not sell personal data. Basic hosting logs are kept for security and are not used for tracking. To request a copy or deletion of your data, use the contact page.
Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Publisher: WEABLE SAS, see the legal notice for full company details.
The free planner
The Coop Size Planner runs in your browser. Hen count, breed size and climate stay on your device: there is no account, nothing saved server side and nothing to sign into.
Checkout data
One email address is collected at checkout, used to attach your download and send the receipt, and kept for as long as accounting obligations on invoices require. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach this site. The build options used to generate a plan are processed to produce that file and are not kept as a profile.
What is not collected
- No user account, and therefore no password
- No saved project history between visits
- No sale or transfer of the email address to a commercial third party
- No advertising profile built from the plans you look at
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of or portability of your data by writing to [email protected] from the email address used at checkout. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
