What this site publishes

coopbuildplans.com publishes a free coop size planner, a free 4-hen starter coop plan, and paid generated plan downloads: a raised coop, two walk-in coops, an A-frame tractor, a run add-on and a coop plus run bundle. Every paid plan is produced by a framing engine from the hen count, breed size and climate chosen at checkout.

Intellectual property

Plans, drawings, cut lists and the text of the guides are the property of WEABLE SAS or its licensors. A purchased plan may be used to build as many coops as the buyer wishes, including on behalf of clients, but the plan files may not be resold or redistributed as a product.

Local rules on keeping poultry

Permitted flock sizes, rooster rules, boundary distances and any permit requirement for an outbuilding are set by the authority having jurisdiction at the build location, and sometimes by property deed restrictions. Confirming them before building is part of the project.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered in a field hosted by Stripe and never reach this site, which receives the confirmation, the email address given at checkout and the transaction reference. What is stored and for how long is set out on the privacy policy page.

What a plan is and is not

A plan sold here is a generated build document: dimensioned views, a cut list with finished lengths, a panel layout, a hardware and hardware cloth list and an assembly order. It is not a stamped engineering drawing and it certifies compliance with no local rule. Ventilation area, roost run and nest box count follow published husbandry guidance for the hen count and climate chosen, and the plan names what it assumed so the assumption can be checked.

Corrections

An error of fact is corrected at the source, in the engine or in the page, so later downloads carry the fix. Report one from the contact page with the configuration concerned. Delivery, refunds and buyer rights are covered on the terms of sale page.
